# DeedBox

Status: MVP / pilot

> Important documents pass between clients and staff, with updates and responsibilities easy to lose track of. DeedBox brings documents, review steps and change history into role-based workspaces, giving each person a clearer next action.

DeedBox is a web application I built around important documents and the people who manage them. It explores how a clear client experience and an organised staff workspace can support the same workflow.

## The problem

Document workflows involve different roles, responsibilities and changes over time. A useful product has to make those relationships understandable while giving permissions and record history careful attention.

## What I built

The MVP includes distinct client and staff experiences, document organisation, notes, appointment requests and change history. The work spans product design, application implementation and role-based workflows.
